Microchip

$15.00

Microchips are required for registration with CHBA. Not all registries have this requirement, and sometimes microchips fail to scan. We sell our microchips as an add-on service for registering imported Caspians and part bred Caspians from another registry. You can also get one for a horse with a failed chip.

Download the Microchip ID form to verify that you have implanted your new chip. Have your veterinarian fill out the microchip information. (You do not need to include a hair sample unless you are also testing DNA.)

Note: You do not need to purchase a microchip for standard registrations; it is already included.
